Mixed-Use Coming To Santa Monica Boulevard, Again

A new mixed-use project may soon be coming to Santa Monica Boulevard.

The proposed development would be at 11752 West Santa Monica Blvd on approximately 1.33 acres.

It was formerly the home of Beurge Chrysler Jeep.

The project, built by CIM Group, would be five stories with 187 units, according to Urbanize LA.

There would be 15k SF of retail space on the ground level and a 316-car garage.

The CIM Group requested density bonus incentives in exchange for reserving 16 of the apartments for very low income housing. [ULA]
