Construction is underway for the adaptive reuse development, 4th & Traction, in the Arts District.

Hudson Pacific Properties is developing the project at the corner of Fourth Street and Traction Avenue into creative office.

The three-story building will have a penthouse on the rooftop, a deck and 130k SF of office space, according to Urbanize LA.

There will also be about 25k SF set aside for shops and restaurants.

The development is expected to be completed early next year.

The building was the original West Coast headquarters of Atlanta's Coca-Cola. [ULA]
