New plans were just filed with the LA Department of City Planning to try again to build a mixed-use project near DTLA with views of the LA State Historic Park.
S&R Partners' Steve Riboli is the applicant for the proposed development, which would be built on an eight-acre strip of land along North Broadway.
The 1.1M SF development would have 920 apartments, 17 live/work lofts and 21k SF of commercial space, Urbanize LA reports.
Previous plans included four buildings with around 300 units. [ULA]
