Parmenter Realty Partners inked 25 new deals (182k SF  total) as well as an additional 143k SF of renewals in 2009, within its a 2M SF office space portfolio in the Metroplex. Not bad for a year tagged as “challenging” for all of CRE, by the firm’s SVP Cindy J. Cohn.
 

Parmenter signed Ace USA to a 42k SF deal in Las Colinas Towers (pictured here in the spring, remember that?), in the largest new deal done in Urban Center in 2009. Las Colinas is a two-building, 483k SF project in, you guessed it, Las Colinas. Right now, the firm has a 160k SF block of contiguous space that just became available for lease in Las Colinas Tower II.
