Children's Hospital Los Angeles will lease part of Nestlé USA’s former office space in Glendale.
Nestlé is the majority tenant in the more than 518k SF, Class-A building at 800 North Brand Blvd. The company takes up about 379k SF.
Children's Hospital is already leasing about 23k SF across two floors there, but will add two more to total almost 50,300 SF, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal reports. The extra space will be used for administration.
Employees of Children's Hospital LA are expected to move into the space this spring.
The clinics and outpatient offices at the hospital, at 4650 Sunset Blvd., will remain open.
Switzerland's Nestlé USA, based in Glendale for more than nearly 30 years, plans to move its headquarters to Virginia. Nestlé is expected to complete its move by next year.
