Our good friends at Harley Ellis Devereaux sent us this one-minute video, which gives you an incredible look at the largest construction project in USC's history: the $650M development at Hoover and Jefferson. The first five buildings will provide 2,700 beds of student housing and 140k SF of retail for the students and surrounding community.
