South Park Selection

If this week's Bisnow Evolution of Downtown event (read our coverage here) was any indication, South Park is a VIP market right now. In another sign of the market's activity, the Wolff Co plans to break ground late this month on a 293-unit mixed-use project, 12th & Olive. The company has picked Bernards to build the project, which was designed by TCA. The $54M project will include more than 17k SF of ground-floor retail and offer residents valet and concierge services.
