Sharp Capital's LA Apartments Already 35% Pre-Leased

The HōM Apartments on Temple Street at Robinson Street are set to open soon, and more than 35% of its 67 units have already been pre-leased.

Rents for the one- to three-bedroom apartments, which Sharp Capital is developing, have a price range from $1,900 to $3,400, according to The Eastsider.

One retailer, Drink Houz, has signed up for space on the building's ground floor. The first residents could move in later this month.

Sharp Capital recently purchased 1200 Wilshire Blvd in Central City West and will break ground in about six months on an 80-unit project in the same area, says principal David Shophet. [ES]
