Rachel Rosenberg was waiting tables during college in Milwaukee when she was introduced to a then-managing member of The Polacheck Co, which was later acquired by CBRE. She secured an internship and began learning the business little by little, taking an immediate shine to it and working with restaurant groups around the market. At RKF, she's brought many new restaurant tenants to market, like Fig & Olive (from NY and LA) into DC and two new locations for Chipotle on the Las Vegas Strip. In Beverly Hills, she brought Sandro and Sam Edelman’s first West Coast locations; RKF is also expanding fashion brands like Intermix, Athleta, Maje, and Gap and Banana Republic factory stores across the country. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, going to concerts, and exploring hotels and restaurants around the globe.
