Prana Investments Buys 2 Buildings In DTLA

Prana Investments just bought two buildings in Pico Union (Albany Street at W 10th Place) for around $2.5M in an off-market transaction.

The two buildings together have 27 units (mostly one-bedrooms).

Major renovations are planned, including paint, new roofs and improvements to the interiors, reports Multi-Housing News.

Keller Williams Commercial's Henry Garcia repped the buyer.

The buildings are about a mile from LA Live, which has a planned $500M expansion of the JW Marriott. [MHN]
