Details Surfacing For Massive Downtown Car Wash Mixed-Use

More details are unfolding for the “Olympic Tower,” a mixed-use project being built downtown by Nardi Associates. The development will be built at Olympic and Fig at the site of the Downtown Car Wash.

The proposal for the tower would include nearly 33,500 SF of office space, 374 residential units and a 373-key hotel. The lot was purchased two years ago by Ben Neman for $25M, according to Urbanize LA.

The plans include on-site entertainment, dancing and alcohol consumption as well as outdoor dining with above-ground and below-ground parking on the premises.
