Properties: Worthe Real Estate Group/M. David Paul Associates rents thousands of square feet of office space to a slew of companies, including CBS, Verizon, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers. Well-known properties include the 1.24M SF office and studio space at 3000 West Alameda Ave where NBC Universal and Nickelodeon productions are housed, and a 370k SF/two-story Class-A creative office building at 13031 Jefferson Blvd, which is home to TMZ, Warner Bros, Microsoft, SonyPlaystation, Team One, Verizon and EdgeCast.

Leadership: Worthe Real Estate Group was founded by M. David Paul. David launched M. David Paul Associates, then he started Krismar Construction in 1974. He is president of both firms.

Worthe Real Estate Group is headquartered in Santa Monica and has a staff of 70 people. Its leadership considers its long-term ownership one of the company’s strengths. Jeff Worthe (above) initially focused on the the firm’s local development and redevelopment projects. David left 13 years ago to become a co-founder of Centurian Real Estate Partners with John Tashjian. Jeff oversees the entitlement and development of over 2M SF of Class-A office space.
