Bisnow Beach Party

Thursday evening in Santa Monica, with a spectacular water view atop Related's new condos on Ocean Avenue, we hosted cocktails for some of the folks invited to participate in Bisnow's next Ascent retreat, our curated forum for next generation real estate leaders. We snapped GTIS Partners Acquisitions Director Theodore Karatz, Watt Managing Director Adam Siegman, Summit Equity Investments Principal John Lustgarten, and Fortified Property Group President Michael Rabin.

Alta Verde Group Managing Director David Kivitz and Ackman Ziff Managing Director Scott Lee.

Top mixologists from Mastro's, Patty and Cheryl showed everyone how to make their signature cocktails, such as the South of France, with flowers from the vines that produce three different wines combined with grapefruit zest and Moet & Chandon, another with scotch and ginger, and another with gin, lemon juice and muddled blackberries. They bookend Canyon Capital Realty Advisors senior director Charlie Rose.

Related EVP Gino Canori with GHC Housing partner Michael Clark.

Related's Derec Lacio, Cross Campus VP for Finance Shelby Carvalho, and Calmwater Capital managing director Mike Hurst. Want to learn more about the Bisnow Ascent community? Click here.
