Beverly Hills Spec House On The Market For $100M

Beverly Hills is no stranger to high prices, but a spec house in the pricey Trousdale Estates area is being introduced at a whopping price of $100M.

The 24.5k SF house, designed by Shubin + Donaldson Architects, will feature seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a two-lane bowling alley, a glass foyer and a dining room that can seat 18 people.

There also will be a 20-seat theater, a nail salon and a nightclub with a full bar and a DJ booth, according to the LA Times.

The house will sit on an acre in a cul-de-sac on Billionaire's Row, where some houses have come at a price tag of at least $3k/SF. [LAT]
