The law firm has appointed Ralph Allen to the post, succeeding Michael Palmer, who will retire after 10 years with the firm. Before joining Allen Matkins, Ralph worked as managing director of operations for Squire Patton Boggs. He'll manage the company at all five of its California offices, though he's based out of OC. Ralph has a BA from George Washington and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University.
