JLL director of retail and industrial research Aaron Ahlburn--based in Manhattan Beach--just got back from a hike to the Mount Everest base camp on the eve of the 50th anniversary of the US summit and sent us his victory shot. He also went to the Kala Patthar peak, which stands over 18,000 feet, the following day (and offers quite the view). He andcolleague Keisha McDonnough were the brains behind research JLL just launched at ICSC RECon this week.
