UK Commercial Property Trust Sells Two High-Profile Buildings For £45M

UK Commercial Property Trust sold Dolphin House, a 40k SF office building in Sunbury-on-Thames. The buyer was a UK residential development company, according to Europe Real Estate.

Earlier this month UK Commercial Property Trust sold 6 Arlington St, an 18k SF freehold opposite The Ritz in London’s St. James's, to a private buyer. That property (above) features an art gallery on the ground floor, offices on the first four floors, and residential units on the fifth floor.

The two transactions netted £45M. [ERE]
