Three New Tenants Sign On At 3 St. James's Square Office Building

Welput, a specialist Central London real estate fund, signed a trio of leases at 3 St. James’s Square, a newly refurbished 55k SF office building in the heart of the West End.

Engadine Investment Partners, LindenGrove Asset Management and Concord Resources Limited have taken space within the 10-storey building, joining existing tenants Lodha Developers UK Limited, Silver Ridge Asset Management and Charm Capital Partners.  Colliers International is advising.

The building is now 62% occupied.
