Savills Investment Management offloaded 33 Gracechurch St (the centre building shown here) in the City for £75M. The 107k SF asset, known as Lombard House, was originally bought by a syndicate of high-net-worth individuals through Société Générale, according to IPE Real Estate. Tenants include Aegis, TK Maxx, Clydesdale Bank and Barbican Insurance. [IPE]
