Praxis Snaps Up Longross Portfolio For £8M

Property investor Praxis closed on its purchase of the remaining assets in the Longcross Property Investment Fund in a deal worth £8.2M and reflecting an 11% net initial yield.

The portfolio comprises 16 business units across six southeast locations, as well as a retail unit in Halifax. It adds 71k SF to Praxis’ portfolio, which has an increasing allocation to the regional office markets close to London.

Praxis Capital managing director Gary Roberts says the company is seeking out opportunities, despite Brexit.
