NeuLion Limited, a company that specialises in digital video broadcasting, has taken the entire top floor and the remaining half of the third floor, totaling 15k SF on an 11-year lease with a right to renew for five years. The company sought a space that would allow it to run its European operations and build a new Technical Operations Centre, which it plans to create on the third floor.
NeuLion joins Mullen Lowe Group UK at the former carpet factory-turned-workspace where it houses three subsidiaries.
Savills and Hall Kemp advised Helical, and Knight Frank repped NeuLion.
