Lendlease will build a new 250k SF office scheme for Legal & General and Mitsubishi Estate London at 245 Hammersmith Road in West London.
Bechtel House is being demolished to make way for the development, according to Construction Enquirer. The new building will be 12 storeys plus a basement, a plaza and a new urban park.
Lendlease previously collaborated with Legal & General and Mitsubishi Estate London to construct the Central Saint Giles project in central London, Legal & General’s headquarters at One Coleman Street, and Mitsubishi Estate London’s 8 Finsbury Circus project in the Square Mile. [CE]
