Helical leased over 125k SF of office space in Q4 2016. At Churchgate and Lee House in Manchester, Economic Solutions signed a seven-year lease for 15,500 SF. At Power Road Studios, Chiswick, Interhome has taken 881 SF on a five-year lease. And in Whitechapel, Tribe Marketing took 5,700 SF on a five-year lease, bringing the total lettings of The Loom (shown) to over 30k SF.
The total rent achieved across the three transactions is £531k/year.
Helical has secured new lease agreements on over 125k SF across seven buildings and with 25 different occupiers.
