Blackberry Takes Three Floors In The Pearce Building

Blackberry signed a lease at The Pearce Building in Maidenhead for 16k SF, and will occupy the ground, fifth and sixth floors for 10 years.

Blackberry paid £37.50/SF, the highest rent achieved in the Thames Valley. Rental growth has been positive in most towns, and new developments are quoting rents around £40/SF. Some 50% of The Pearce Building has been leased within six months of completion, according to CoStar News.
