Arbuthnot Latham Buys West End Property For Future Client Office

Arbuthnot Latham acquired a £50M property in the West End to be held initially as an investment property, earning about £1.8M in rental income per year. The company then will explore plans to establish its West End client office within the building, using the entrance on St. James Street.

The private bank reported £4.5M in profit for the period, up from £3.7M in the previous six months. Client assets under management rose from £701M to £797M. The company has stated that it is looking for opportunities to enhance and diversify its income streams.
