Allsop To Auction 244 Lots In October

Allsop will hold its fifth commercial auction of the year on 10 October at The Berkeley in Knightsbridge.

244 lots will go under the hammer, ranging from leisure and office properties to high street shopping units. The total income from all lots on offer is around £10M. The catalogue consists of 93 lots within London and the south east; 29 lots with guide prices over £1M; seven office investments; 12 industrial investments, and seven leisure properties.
