Transwestern Slashes Energy Use

Transwestern reduced electricity consumption by nearly 11 million kWh last year in its 30M SF Houston management portfolio. The reduction is equal to the CO2 emissions from 830k gallons of gas, says Transwestern managing SVP of management services Steve Ash. The firm has been an Energy Star partner since '02 and has been recognized as a Sustained Excellence Recipient every since since '06.
