Xscape Theater Rendering
Xscape Theater is bringing its second Texas location to The Crossing at Katy Fulshear. The site is part of a Walmart-anchored project being developed by Lovett Commercial. The movie theater will feature nearly 52K SF with 12 screens, full leather reclining seating for 1,530 guests and 500 parking spaces. The location is expected to open in October. Newcor Commercial Real Estate's Rob Banzhaf represented Xscape Theaters in the site selection and acquisition of a 7.2-acre tract. The developer, Lovett Commercial, was represented in-house by Erin Dyer and Liz Jacob.
