Vista Cos. broke ground on the final phase of development at Katy's LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. The phase will be anchored by a 37K SF Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, 7,500 SF of retail space and a five-story parking garage. The new Alamo Drafthouse LaCenterra will have eight auditoriums with luxury seating, 4K digital projection and full in-theater dining service.
