Rosenberg Retail Development Underway

Karim Karedia, a retail/service station developer from Sugar Land, has broken ground on a 26k SF retail center at FM 2977 and Reading Road in Rosenberg. BPI Realty’s Luke Durrett reps the landlord and tells us the first phase is 18k SF; a 4k SF steak/seafood restaurant, hair salon and doughnut shop have already inked leases. The weather’s been holding up construction, Luke says, but they’re on pace to deliver to tenants in January. The second phase will likely be medical or more retail.
