Property Records Reveal In-N-Out Houston Land Purchase

Houstonians finally have an answer to where the first In-N-Out location will be. According to Harris County Property records uncovered by a HAIF forum user, In-N-Out has purchased land at 8373 Westheimer, halfway between 610 and Beltway 8. The purchase was made in late May. The site currently houses a Workforce Solutions location.

News of In-N-Out's Houston arrival was teased during a discussion with CBRE's retail experts in February. The beloved burger chain has been expanding in other metros across Texas. Houston will soon be in on the action.
