Shadow Creek Marketplace in Pearland has sold, no surprise since the area is becoming a retail hot spot.

JLL managing director George Cushing, SVP Wendy Vandeventer and associate Meaghan Gallacher put the asset on the market for Gulf Coast Commercial Group. 

The 142k SF property sprawls over 20.5 acres at 11005 Shadow Creek Pkwy. It's anchored by a 100k SF Kroger Signature grocery store, and the inline space has the capacity to expand from 42k SF to 123k SF.

The center is 94% leased. Other retail tenants include Chase Bank, Whataburger, Luby’s Cafeteria and Subway. Tarantino Properties' Peggy Rougeaou repped the buyer.
