Hot Retailer Alert: Tuesday Morning

Tuesday Morning is looking bright. The brand is upgrading its real estate, making stores more organized, changing the product mix, and making its image more attractive. Edge Realty VP Jonathan Hicks (here with wife Rebecca) helped the retailer with three recent leases: 12k SF in the Market at Crenshaw, 12k SF in the Westhill power center and 13k SF in Katy Ranch. It’s also mixing up its merchandise, keeping housewares and appliances but forgoing clothing for more furniture and luggage. These three leases bring Tuesday Morning to about 25 Houston locations, and Jonathan has more in the works to expand in areas the brand isn’t fully covering. Houston is one of Tuesday Morning’s best markets (if not the best), Jonathan tells us.
