MOD Pizza has signed five new leases recently and has at least 30 more planned over the next four to five years. Transwestern VP Grant Walker and associate Chris Reyes rep the brand in Houston and have inked 14k SF lately for new stores at 19820 Southwest Fwy in Sugar Land, 5777 San Felipe, 2682 Pearland Pkwy, 10123 Louetta Rd and 14555 Memorial Dr. The duo tells us several more are under negotiation. MOD is primarily focused on 2,500 SF end-caps with a patio in shopping centers anchored by national grocers. MOD is exploding throughout the US (it’ll reach 100 stores by year's end), and aims to make Houston one of its largest footprints.
