South Heights Retail Center, a hotspot in The Heights, has been sold to an out-of-state investor. The 31k SF shopping center is home to popular food and drink retailers Barnaby's Cafe, Christian's Tailgate, Taco A Go-Go and Pho Binh Noodle. Five years ago, the 2.2-acre property was completely revamped, according to the Houston Chronicle. It was put in the spotlight as a finalist in ULI's 2016 Development of Distinction Awards.
