For over a decade, Houstonians near the Galleria have looked on Zone d'Erotica with bewilderment. No more.
The Retail Connection has listed the property, a monument to Houston's lack of zoning, for lease. Soon the pad site could fall in line with the polished development surrounding it. Simon Property Group has been busy renovating the Saks Fifth area of the mall, as well as adding the new "jewel box" pad site, which will feature a Michelin-starred dim sum restaurant.
