Anchored by big-box tenants like Academy, Old Navy, Party City, Homegoods/Marshalls and H-E-B, the center has established itself as a retail hub. Retailers are drawn to the proximity of the Houston Premium Outlets right across 290 and the rapidly growing affluent suburbs northwest of Houston.
