Transwestern Named Top MS Fundraiser

Transwestern’s Houston HQ was named the 14th top team for fundraising for the 2014 Houston Walk MS, which raises awareness for the National Sclerosis Foundation. More than 25 Transwestern pros participated in the 5k and raised more than $5k. Even better, Transwestern’s Julie Lorino, who was diagnosed with MS seven years ago, was the event’s 12th-highest individual fundraiser. More than 400,000 people have MS in the US, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation has been holding its fundraising walk since 1988. (To date, it’s raised more than $770M.)
