Talos Energy is expanding and relocating its global HQ from One Allen Center to Three Allen Center, continuing the independent oil and gas exploration and production company's 17-year history with the asset. Talos Energy will occupy approximately 98K SF, increasing occupancy of Three Allen Center to 94%.

The deal comes after Brookfield's recent Reimaging Of Allen Center campaign, a multimillion-dollar renovation of One, Two and Three Allen Center. Brookfield also purchased the DoubleTree Hotel adjacent to Allen Center, and is planning a full renovation and rebranding.

The completed Phase 1 renovation includes the transformation of One Allen Center’s lobby with a modern two-story glass facade; a reclad, transparent skybridge that connects One and Two Allen Center; and the signature piece of the multimillion-dollar project, a complete re-envisioning of the exterior landscaping with a one-acre green space named The Acre.
