San Felipe Place delivered last month, and it's celebrating with a brand-new tenant. The Kinder family leased the top (17th) floor, splitting the 15k SF space between the family office and the Kinder Foundation. Colvill's Clark Thompson and Brad Beasley repped landlord Hines. The 167k SF Class-A office is leased to Knoll, Wareing Athon & Co and Buck Keenan, plus amenity leases to Cadence Bank and Rossini Cafe. It's pursuing LEED certification.
