Marathon Oil Tower in Houston has been designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by BOMA International. The program evaluates properties in six major areas: building operations and management; life safety/security/risk management; training and education of building personnel; energy management; environmental/sustainability performance; and tenant relations and community involvement.
