Breaking: Greenspoint Place Signs New Tenant

Greenspoint Place has a new tenant—Champions Pipe & Supply leased 19k SF at 4 Greenspoint Place. Pictured is the new 10k SF conference center on the 13.5-acre campus. Colvill's Damon Thames, Richard Barbles and Tripp Pruet repped landlord Hines; CBRE's Kevin Saxe, Jerrod McQuain and Nick Bockhorn repped the tenant. Greenspoint's been suffering from negative absorption, and unfortunately this won't help the overall submarket, since the tenant is relocating from within the area.
