Berkadia Moves To San Felipe Place, Triples Space

Berkadia is moving out of its 6k SF office at BBVA Compass Plaza and into 18k SF at San Felipe Place. Berkadia's former space at 2200 Post Oak Blvd will be available for sublease, Berkadia's Tucker Knight told the Houston Business Journal. Colvill Office Properties' Brad Beasley and Clark Thompson repped Hines, the owner and developer of San Felipe Place, 2229 San Felipe. Berkadia is nationally repped by Cushman & Wakefield.

Since coming to Houston three years ago, Berkadia's brokerage business has grown rapidly, bringing on talent from top firms like Tucker from HFF and Ryan Epstein's multifamily team from CBRE. [HBJ]
