712 Main Inks New Leases

While Houston office activity has all but shut down from low oil prices, Colvill Office Properties is bucking the trend (that’s some Rodeo humor for you) with two new leases. Connor Saxe and Marilyn Guion closed on 31k SF at 712 Main St for landlords Lionstone Investments and Midway Cos. The iconic former Gulf Building is set to welcome alternative investing firm Angelo, Gordon & Co (repped by NGKF’s Derek Meyers) to 11k SF. The other lease, worked by JLL’s Ed Prejean and Steve Burkett, is an expansion of Mosbacher Energy Co’s offices to 19k SF.
