Stolz Partners, a Georgia-based developer, has closed on the 39K SF tract at 2701 Steel St. in the heart of the Upper Kirby District. The property will serve as the location of Giorgetti Houston, a seven-story, 120-unit mid-rise condominium set to break ground in March.

Sudhoff's Nat Heston and Allyn Greer represented Stolz while Dosch Marshall Real Estate's David Marshall represented the seller, Kirby Court Corp. Mirador Group is handling all aspects of the architecture and interior design and Sudhoff is serving as the exclusive sales firm.
