Street Level Investments' $500M Redevelopment

Street Level Investments is one step closer to redeveloping Texas Instruments' site in Stafford into a $500M mixed-use project—Stafford City Council approved its application. TI is moving out of the 192-acre site this year, and SLI will replace it with retail, multifamily, light industrial, hotels and entertainment venues, according to the Fort Bend Star. The project is expected to bring in 5 million visitors per year and generate $6.5M in sales tax revenue.
