The residential tower at Thor Equities' 1M SF luxury mixed-use Kirby Collection in Upper Kirby has topped out.
The 25-story, 385k SF residential tower encompasses 199 rental units, with a choice of 21 different floor plans including townhomes, garden lofts and penthouses. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony and a wine cooler in every unit. Recently 3200 Kirby, the 13-story, 186k SF Class-A office tower at Kirby Collection, also topped out.
