Shell Lists Giant Plot Near TMC

After 45 years of ownership, Shell has listed the 21-acre property at 1500 Old Spanish Trail, just south of TMC. The structures are all tear-downs. The true value is the land, likely to be worth tens of millions, reports the Houston Chronicle.

Adding to its value is the fact it's across the street from the future home of TMC3, a facility that would bring together several medical institutions and commercial ventures. Cushman & Wakefield EVP Jeff Peden (who has the listing) has already received two offers. Don't expect this plot to stay on the market long. [Chron]
