DCT Northwest Crossroads Inks Tenant

Sunny Sky Products inked a mega lease in Northwest Houston, signing on for 189k SF at DCT Northwest Crossroads Logistics Centre's second building. The property delivered last month and wraps up development at the park. 131k SF remains available in that building; the first phase is fully leased. JLL’s Jeff Venghaus and Jarrett Venghaus repped Sunny Sky.
