Westchase HQ Lease Expands

Loomis expanded its HQ to 47k SF in 2500 CityWest Blvd. Loomis has officed in the building for 10 years and previously had 35k SF on floors eight and nine. The deal in the Class-A office tower in Westchase shows companies outside of energy are continuing to grow in Houston. JLL's Dan Bellow repped the tenant, and Colvill's Win Haggard and Marilyn Guion repped Houston-based Crimson Services.
